Welcome to Turkish African Trade Solution (“the Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). “Vendor” refers to businesses or entities that list their products or services on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Agree to abide by all applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Services Provided

Our Platform acts as an intermediary to facilitate trade and collaboration between Turkish businesses and the African market. We provide the following services:

A marketplace for multivendor businesses to list their products/services.
Tools for communication, negotiation, and transaction facilitation.
Marketing and advertising solutions for vendors.

We do not directly participate in transactions between vendors and buyers and are not responsible for any agreements or disputes between parties.

5. Vendor Obligations

If you register as a vendor, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your business and products/services.
Abide by all local and international laws, including those related to trade, tax, and consumer protection.
Not post or sell prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit products or services.
Ensure timely delivery of goods/services sold through the Platform.
Maintain quality standards for all goods/services listed.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Avoid fraudulent activities, such as providing false information or engaging in unauthorized transactions.
Respect the rights of other users and vendors.

7. Payments and Fees

Vendors may be charged fees for listing products/services or using premium features.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers (e.g., Bank Transfer, Paystack, Flutterwave, etc.). We are not liable for issues arising from payment processing.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Turkish African Trade Solution or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors are prohibited from:

Posting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Engaging in fraudulent activities.
Violating intellectual property rights.
Attempting to disrupt or harm the Platform’s functionality (e.g., hacking, viruses).

10. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for transactions, disputes, or damages arising between vendors and buyers.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products/services listed on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform will be resolved in the courts of Türkiye.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
